For those who will be marrying during the hurricane/rainy season, the islands below are pretty much safe to travel to.  As long as you prepay your honeymoon with American Express Vacations and their trip insurance, you can cancel your trip for any reason.  The insurance is non-refundable. but your trip will be fully refundable....

The driest destinations for your upcoming honeymoon will be Aruba, Bonaire or Curacao (better known as the ABC islands)..Most of the hotels will guarantee great weather as long as the rain does not exceed 1".
